It is assumed that this question was created based on the “Unit-Aid” concept, which was reportedly proposed by then Prime Minister Abe and considered by the G7 in May 2020.

Two and a half years have passed since the event in the real world, and the question may have been posed at a time when the evaluation of the options has become socially established.
